💅 Nailfetti Returns & Refund Policy

At Nailfetti, your satisfaction is our top priority! If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original packaging and condition

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used nail products

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

🔁 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

💵 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

💌 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can make it right ASAP.
